As a user of Nuendo V3.2 (and N4) I can offer audio post production for video.
Rather than use "add on" software to your video editing application it can be worthwhile ensuring your audio
is mixed, cleaned up and lined up for broadcast/presentation by an audio professional.
Nuendo is a high end audio application which is fully equipped for audio post production. Unlimited audio tracks, video
clips in timeline,(and onscreen in a video panel), timecode window, full automation, advanced crossfade editor, using a powerful
dual INTEL XEON (2 x 2.8gHz) system with 2GB RAM and a dedicated video file drive (7,200RPM SATA) I can mix your audio to
a supplied video file.Audio hardware includes EMU 1820M and Dynaudio Acoustics BM6 monitoring, EQ , audio filters, compression
and restoration tools.
I will take your OMFI export from Apple's Final Cut Pro or AVID system and an exported video file on DVD-R(s)and mix the
audio to the appropriate delivery requirements using broadcast spec PPM (M6) metering.
It is highly preferable that the video file supplied has a timecode window burnt into the file so sync can easily be established
with the audio only OMF export.
Once mixed the audio file can be delivered on DVD-R
by special delivery or via the internet.
